Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of wiprintdigital.com and any order placed with WI Digital Print LLC, doing business as WiPrint Digital ("WiPrint Digital," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Custom orders are never charged before you've seen and approved a free digital proof. Approving your proof moves your order to production and makes it payable — you'll receive a secure payment link, and nothing is charged until you pay it. Approving also confirms that the design — spelling, layout, colors and placement as shown — is correct.

We are not responsible for errors that were present in a proof you approved.

You warrant that you own, or are licensed to use, everything in the artwork and design files you upload — including any logos, images, fonts and text. We may decline to print artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights or is otherwise unlawful.

Printed colors can vary from what you see on a screen. Screen displays, the printing process, and the paper or material stock all affect color, and some variance is normal and expected within standard commercial printing tolerances — even on an approved proof.

Payment is processed through Square; all prices on this site are in U.S. dollars. If a price is shown in error, we'll contact you before charging or fulfilling the order at the correct price, and you're free to cancel at no charge.

Blank products ship right away. Custom orders go into production once you've approved your free proof and paid, and ship in 7–10 business days. That window is typical rather than guaranteed — large or complex runs take longer. Local pickup at our Miami shop is free.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
