Returns & Refunds

WI Digital Print LLC, doing business as WiPrint Digital, wants you to be happy with your order. Because most of what we print is made to your specifications, our policy is different for custom and blank products.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and can't be returned or refunded once you've approved the digital proof — approving the proof confirms the design is correct and authorizes production.

If your order arrives defective or was damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll remake or refund it, at our option.

Unprinted (blank) products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition. You're responsible for return shipping.

Contact us first at customer.service@wiprintdigital.com or on WhatsApp so we can give you return instructions before you ship anything back.

Custom orders can be cancelled any time before you approve the digital proof — nothing is charged until then, so there's nothing to refund.

Blank stock orders can be cancelled any time before they ship; email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible.
