Who we are

WI Digital Print LLC, doing business as WiPrint Digital ("WiPrint Digital," "we," "our," or "us"), operates wiprintdigital.com from our print shop in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This site is operated in the United States for customers in the United States. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Information we collect

We never ask for or store your card number — payment details go directly to Square and never reach our servers. What we do collect:

  • Account information: the email address you use to sign in.
  • Order details: the products, quantities and prices in your cart and order history.
  • Artwork and design files you upload for a custom print job.
  • Messages you send to our on-site chat assistant.
  • Guest checkout email: if you check out without an account, the email you give us so we can find and confirm your order.
  • Quote and contact requests: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your project — from the contact form or from asking the chat assistant to have someone follow up.

Your shipping address is a little different: it's collected directly by Square during checkout, and it doesn't pass through or get stored on our own servers.

How we share it

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the vendors who run parts of the site on our behalf, each processing it solely to provide their part of the service:

  • Vercel — hosts the site and the code that runs it; like any host, it sees request logs and IP addresses as part of serving pages.
  • Supabase — hosts our customer accounts, database and uploaded files.
  • Square — processes payments; your card details are handled entirely by Square and never touch our servers.
  • Resend — sends transactional email, like order confirmations and proof notifications.
  • Anthropic — powers our on-site chat assistant; messages you send it are processed by Anthropic's Claude models, and if you ask it to have our team follow up, it can save your name and contact details for that purpose.
  • Google — powers the optional AI artwork-concept tool on product pages; prompts you submit there are processed by Google's Gemini models.
  • Sentry — error monitoring, so we can catch and fix bugs; it sees technical details about a failed request, not your payment information.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-detection check on guest checkout, to keep the store from being abused.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a sign-in session cookie so you stay logged in (Supabase may split this across more than one cookie for a larger session), a shopping cart cookie, and a language preference cookie that remembers whether you're browsing in English or Spanish.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics or ad pixels on this site. We do not sell personal information. Because every cookie we set here is strictly necessary — signing in, using the cart, or remembering your language — there's nothing on this site that needs a cookie-consent banner.

IP addresses

We use your IP address in memory to limit abuse on the chat assistant, artwork tool, and design-sharing feature, and we forward it to Cloudflare as part of verifying you're not a bot during guest checkout. We don't store IP addresses in our database.

Sharing a design

If you use the studio's Share feature, the design you share becomes viewable by anyone who has the link. We keep it until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete your account and its data, email customer.service@wiprintdigital.com. We review and complete these requests by hand and will confirm with you once they're done.

Scope and updates

This policy describes our practices as of the date above. We'll update this page if they change. It's a good-faith description of what we actually do, not a substitute for legal advice.
