Do I pay before seeing my design?

No. For custom orders you submit your request, we send a free digital proof, and you only pay after you approve it.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, AI, PNG or JPG up to 50MB. Vector files (PDF or AI) print sharpest; we check every file and warn you if the resolution is low.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Bags and boxes start at 100 units. Printing services — stickers, UV DTF and DTF textile — are sold by the square foot, so there's no unit minimum. Every product page shows its own minimum next to the price.

How fast is turnaround?

Blank products ship right away. Custom orders go into production once you've approved your free proof and paid, and ship in 7–10 business days — typical for most runs; large or complex ones take longer. Local pickup at our Miami shop is free, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Yes. We're based in Miami and ship across the United States. Local pickup and delivery are available in South Florida.

Yes — WiPrint Plus is our design service. Send us what you have and our team will prepare press-ready artwork.

What is UV DTF?

UV DTF is a waterproof adhesive transfer that bonds to hard surfaces like cups, glass and metal. It's durable, vibrant and doesn't need heat to apply.

Are your bags eco-friendly?

Our core lines use recyclable kraft paper. Look for the eco badges on each product page for material details.

Can I reorder a previous order?

Yes. From your account, any past order can be duplicated into a new order with one click.

Yes. Custom sizes and shapes aren't sold from the shop — we quote them by hand. Send us your dimensions through the contact form or on WhatsApp and our team will price it for you.
