Print multiple custom DTF transfers on a single sheet, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

DTF transfers can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including fabrics, garments, accessories, and hard surfaces like ceramics or glass. This versatility enables businesses to offer custom prints on various products and expand their product offerings. Durability

DTF transfers provide a soft and flexible feel on fabrics and garments. The prints seamlessly integrate with the material, resulting in a comfortable and natural feel when worn or touched. This makes them ideal for apparel decoration, including t-shirts, hoodies, or sportswear.

Design Format

We prioritize the use of vector art whenever possible for optimal printing results. However, if you're using raster art, please ensure it has a Minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch).

To streamline the process and ensure compatibility, we recommend providing your artwork in preferred file formats such as AI (Adobe Illustrator), PNG (Portable Network Graphics), and PDF (Portable Document Format). These file types are widely supported and offer excellent compatibility with our printing systems.

·        Determine the size of the sheet you need to create. Make sure the document is set to 300 dpi resolution and RGB color mode.

·         Width of the document will always be 22 inches maximum and length will depend on how many logos/designs you need at the moment.

·         Upload your images to the design software program you are using. Vector images are strongly recommended for best quality printing results.

·         Size each individual image or logo to the size width or height you need. Duplicate each image number of times needed.

·         Save your file as a PNG file with a transparent background.

File Requirements

  • Resolution: 300dpi
  • Minimum line thickness: We recommend a minimum thickness of 2pt/2mm (thinner lines may make ironing impossible or very difficult).
  • Exact dimensions: Upload files with the exact measurements you want printed. We do not resize files.
  • Transparent background
  • Image quality: Ensure your file has good resolution. Pixelated file = pixelated print.
  • No mirror effect: Submit your file exactly as you want it to appear.
  • White-only designs: If your file contains only white elements, no problem! Even if it’s not visible in the preview, the machine will detect it. There’s no need to add a background.

DTF TEXTILE Application

  • Temperature: 170ºC
  • Pressure: High
  • Time:
  • Film removal: While hot

How to use with Heat Press

NOTE: Pre-Heat your Heat Press to reach 260+/-
degrees. - COOL  PEEL

1. Press your blank apparel on the side you will have your design, to give it a nice smooth surface.

2. Place your DTF Transfer in the exact location you want.

3. Cover your DTF Transfer with teflon on or parchment paper of the same size or larger. This will help avoid your transfer from lifting.

4. Use your preheated Heat Press at 260 degrees to press down with medium pressure for 12 seconds.

5. Peel off the backing of your DTF transfer and let it cool.

6. Optional - Do a final press of 7-10 seconds using teflon or parchment
paper

Where to Use It

DTF works well on:

  • 100% cotton
  • 100% polyester
  • 50/50 cotton/polyester blends
  • Nylon
  • Lycra
  • Cardboard
  • And more fabrics we’re still testing

Disclaimer

  • Every heat press is different. We recommend testing to determine the best settings for your specific equipment.
  • Colors may vary slightly and may not be identical. We recommend working in CMYK with the FOGRA 39 color profile. While some variation will remain between what you see on your monitor and the final print, using these settings will ensure the closest possible match.
  • File review: We check for basic issues, such as notifying you of backgrounds or dimension problems. However, the quality of the file is entirely the client's responsibility. We cannot guarantee that we will detect incorrect resolution before printing.

If you’re interested in a printing technique that’ll allow you to expand your product offering, you should consider using DTF printing.
